"AI art" is basically gambling the machine that stole art, hoping that each prompt will give you the exact result you want (spoiler: it will not).
Just as gambling slot machines don't teach you anything, neither does "AI art".
Although I'm not a programmer, I would say the same about "vibe coding". It's probably fun, but the code quality is garbage + you learn little to nothing.
And finally: you lose control as everything is done for you. Don't think, don't do, don't experience.
