1st question:
Even if AI art replaced the work of human artists, that is not necessarily a bad thing. Those artists can then use their productive power somewhere else, in another industry where they will be more valued. Overall, it just makes all of society more productive.
2: You cant steal art (other than physical copies, ofc). Art, as in, the specific brush-strokes, pen-marks, and paint splotches required to create an image, is not scarce. I can copy your art, exactly, to the atom, and that does not detract from your own posession of your art. Its just duplicated. This is not theft.
