Did you ever disclose that this wasn't actually ChatGPT you were conversing with? 1:09 - There are zero possible outcomes where ChatGPT would ever integrate an "umm" into a dialogue as its voice model is spoken text response on the fly. Anyone can have multiple conversations with ChatGPT Plus, it will absolutely *NEVER* use "umm" as a 'pausing-to-think' or 'filler' in any response.
