He is correct and incorrect, its more about time frames. At first there will be tinkering and AI systems that are not good enough to do anything other than task completion and QA within limited modes (Chatbots/assistants), and now we are entering and scaling simple Agentic task execution (workflow execution of simple tasks), then we are entering agentic systems where jobs and departments are automated with autonomous task set and interdomain task automation through autonomous agents for higher goal guidance (human led). Anyone can now be the builder and implementer of technology as a business (TaaB). This transition from chatbots to agentic systems to agentic organizations and robotics being the physical extension will be the greatest transformation in human history over the next 25 to 50 years. Any singular person has the capacity to build businesses that took dozens to hundreds of people in the last century. A single person to a team of 3 people can create a unicorn in a matter of a year or two.
