Yeah but come on now, everyone knows that this is not real photage from Hungary. Of course it's made up. There is no war in Hungary today. Look at political posters from 100 years ago, they were almost always meant to scare you to vote one way. No AI but the same principle. It's always been used, fear is the best way to apeal to peoples feelings.
