strange just a minute ago they wanted to regulate ai to create a massive hurdle only openai could pass, creating a monopoly. maybe now many more people can cross the hurdle as openai isn't the biggest fish
the template email wants to ban super intelligent ai. apart from the professionals freaking out about the possibility, is there any evidence ai is becoming super intelligent or aware? and how do you regulate it? limit the size of an ai's neural network? non complying countries will then quickly outpace the west due to their panic
