This guy is right. Your job as an interviewer can actually be crucial to spread the idea about the danger, or high light the important questions. I am one of those that loves to hyper focus on one thing. These specialists are the same (I believe), which means that their view of the situation becomes very narrow, focusing on what are on their table alone; what is expected of them.
Someone outside might thus have the opportunity to make them aware.
I think this is about networking. In the same way an AI system would work, we humans must put our minds together. Put away the differences and personal gains and focus on the entirety of the situation.
