If you have ever driven a big truck through any big city, you know their plan can't work. If a self driving truck is set to obey traffic laws then it must maintain proper following distance. If it leaves a space in front of it for x amount of cars, then more cars than will fit in that space will get in there to occupy the space, so in turn the truck will slow down to regain the proper following distance, then mor cars will cut into that open space and eventually the trucks will be stopped in the middle of the road and I'll leave it to you to figure out what happens next!😂
