I'm behind on all my subscriptions but i hope you see I'm so happy you covered this and it's fantastic. AI can be used for good but i can't say I'm a fan. The problem with it is our society. There's far more people who want to use it for money, notoriety, laziness and nefarious deeds etc.. So that's the path it'll follow.
Imagine finally doing your dream job only to be replaced by AI and having to go something you hate for the rest of your life. Your passion and income stripped from you. I feel bad for the poor artists who are being copied. Also we wouldn't get the trailblazers. Imagine if there was no JRR Tolkien work, or Philip K Dick, William Gibson or Steven Erikson books to scan. If literature was hugely AI generated before these people penned epics that changed my life, they might never have been..... The horror!!!
