If there is solid proof that AI art violates copyrights, why don't artists pursue the legal avenue? Settle this in court. Until that happens, the public won't be persuaded.
Image scraping is just another process of research. Humans look and study, AI scrapes.
The issue in question is whether the final result is original or not.
Also AI is not only Stable Diffusion. Different companies have different policies and AI mechanisms.
