Ok to make a perfect replica is the bottom of the bottom. Now if the AI takes a little bit from this and a little bit from that and creates an image then technically a new image along with the unique style is created. I understand consent is key here but that has to be taken up with the companies that profit from data streams. No different from other aspects of our lives. Unfortunately as we move into a newer future things are going to continue to change, evolve, and become a lot more complicated...
