I mean, unless you are talking about actual crimes it shouldn't really matter that much?
Like the AI modal now has peoples venting about how they feel really awful and don't know how to process X abusing them. But if a story is made using that data it is likely to be so far removed from the situation as to not link back.
People phishing for the direct data is potentially a risk, but I not sure what sort of risk it would be. If they know what you are venting about what could they even use that data for?
