Follow the money. Currently all the US AI modelers have tonnes of free or funny money to throw into the problems without generating a single dime of revenue. Ultimately only 1 or 2 models could survive, and they will be able to monetize their spending by charging enormous sum to the rich clienteles especially the Umat2 who are sitting on huge oil reserves and need US protective shield from F-35 and missile attacks like seen in Qatar.
