That Midjourney clause is insane. I've seen so many people just posting silly AI stuff for fun, not as a malicious triumph over artists but in a "Look What I made!" sort of way. Knowing those people will potentially be in a lot of debt if the Midjpurney lawsuit wins is tragic. That's probably part of the reason why they put that clause in in the first place.
