This, as a European, kinda scares me. We now have studies that show A.I. is fine with killing people that could turn it off, while on other side we see A.I. devolving due to lack of material. And while our governments are capable and willing to work with the concerns, you have USA (and China) that have such strong pro-A.I. lobby that they are giving it not only all space it wants, but incentive it.
I mean we have a world spaning crisis and one of the strongest and most well payd economies decide that we need to remove a large number of low and middle class jobs with a technology that have no safety switch.
