Not anymore! Now the brilliant ethics nerss at OpenAI have Dall-E 3 set to populate any scene just about including people with a huge percentage of minorities at least in relation to the first world. I wouldn't mind if it was what i was looking for and occasionally it is. But this is out of control. Google Gemini i think it was had or has a similar bias.
