I just had a chat to ChatGPT along similar lines, and an important point is that ChatGPT cannot learn or develop from having conversations with people (or so it tells me). The only way ChatGPT is affected or altered by having conversations with people is if an external human identifies trends or data in those interactions that motivates the devolopers to make changes, which are done manually. Therefore, ChatGPT doesn't have a "memory" of interactions with people, from session to session (although it can recall earlier exchanges from from within a session)
