1:07:40 AI's ability to improve lives in the way they're describing like eliminating poverty or cheap housing will be blunted by human greed. AI could come up with brilliant ideas and if it conflicts with the existing establishment and it's financial interests then it's not likely to happen. AI could invent many cures but if it doesn't make money for companies then it's just not going to happen. It makes companies, and the shareholders, more money to invent a therapy that treats but doesn't cure than an actual cure. That's just good business.
