Telegram should NOT be banned. Because otherwise, we will end up living in a world without any freedom of communication at all.
However, with how developed the technology is these days, there has to be a way to monitor and flag potentially dangerous content without actually monitoring users conversations. However I think main responsibility should be on goverments and strict laws against deepfake p*rn distribution.
