So here's what's gonna happen. You're gonna replace everyone entry level with a garbage-farting computer machine that can adequately replace anyone with up to two years of experience, provided you're happy with the garbage your machine farts out. And in two years, none of the people you would have hired will HAVE that two years of experience, and you won't be able to staff the rest of your company. This is called being stupid and making bad decisions. I am painfully aware of how monumentally stupid the AI industry is and how unbelievably bad their decisions are, but this warning presumes that the rest of the world is also that stupid and makes decisions every bit as bad, which is absolutely not true. The companies that continue to hire actual people and invest in their training and development, on the other hand, will eat these fuckheads alive in the marketplace. And if you want to work for one of them, your first and most important job is to NOT use the garbage-farting computer machine, because they don't do that there.
