The call center analogy… the AI agent being “too busy” for an unnecessary call is a silly personification. If someone else calls, do you imagine the AI agent would need to put you on hold to answer the alternate call? Of course not, a duplicate AI agent would answer. In fact, getting put on hold would be a thing of the past.
