What it is is an Actroid, an advanced mechanical animatronic doll. That pretty much it, Becouse it can't do anything other than just standing still looking like a human while showing diffrent complex face expression and nothing more.
Like advanced toys, Completely useless
But believe me, we will see real self-programmed multitasking robots doing everything human can do pretty soon, and we will eventually see real androids being able to do everything humans can do as well. Were not there yet, but this will happen soon and will be common in the future it's a matter of when, not if.
