As someone with an above average understanding of how the internet and technology around deep fakes works i can say there is NOTHING you can do about it.
The technology will be on smartphones within two years or less. You. Cannot. Stop. It.
Apps already exist for android that can do really shotty deepfakes. And the tech for PC is free in some situations.
You can't catch every payment processing system. And if you try china india Russia and a crazy amount of other nations will just own the market.
