Can things happen so quickly? Take education for instance. If AI can replace teachers, there would be a long process of trying to convince parents, shutting down schools, perhaps create some sort of legislation. No point putting a group of students together in a classroom if there is no human standing in front of them to keep them attentive, at least. So back to remote learning which was NOT popular with parents during the pandemic. It'll go political in most democratic countries and enforced in more facist countries such as Russia or the US. Not going to happen overnight. And, if AI does everything, is education for the masses ever still necessary? The unedcuated are pliant voters. Actual education will be sought by the provileged or whatever Resistance will emerge.
