Bad advice. If you want therapy or coaching, then go ahead. It won't be as good as the best human coaches, but it will be better than most people, and it won't coerce you to continue when you're ready to stop. Usual rule: use the most intelligent AI you can get. Alberta's privacy concerns are foolish.
