In China REGULATIONS means, play ball with CCP If a technology is strategic to their global ambitions, they will do EVERYTHING to push it to dominate. Virtually every global Chinese firm you see grew from SUBSIDIZATION and allowed to play cheap while the CCP absorbed the losses for a number of years before letting them loose...but of course with a CCP point man in the board. Their interest in AI is even GREATER. What are you guys talking about??
