These CEO's need to sell AI. The best way to do that is convince other business owners that AI can replace labor. This way, all these other companies start investing in AI.
Once they've been hooked in and everyone is using AI for the minor (but real) productivity boost, then everyone will continue to need to use it to stay competitive.
It won't replace workers, but it will slightly change how people work and the tech companies pushing it will benefit since other companies will need their products to stay competitive.
Long term 15-20 year, AI is going to be much more transformative.
