As someone who uses AI art for fun (not profiting or anything), I can agree with some of the points here. I absolutely do think there needs to be a platform existing or new that has the legal ability to actually block AI models from using the art posted to it.
Though I disagree with many here that AI will replace artists completely. At least in those higher up professional positions, AI simply can't do what a human touch can do. It can definitely be used as a tool, but I doubt an AI generated image will be the final product of a professionally developed art piece. (like game concept art or movie concept art etc)
