1. if the poisoning was really doing nothing, why would they need to say it so much? it's clearly a tactic to convince people to stop doing it, because it does have some impact
2. for the ai enthusiast: if ai is really a tool, try doing the same you are doing the ai, but with another tool. Actual writers would write the same story no matter if they do use pen and paper, a computer or even a typewriter. the same goes with a lot of skills. if it really is a tool it shouldnt be able to affect the results, only the way you do it
