17:38 I'm glad they clarified, subsidizing AI companies would set a bad precedent, it should be one of the most lucrative businesses in history. If you can't make money in this, you can't make money in anything, and probably shouldn't be a business, at least not at the public's expense, if you want to lose your own money lose your investors money that's on you, but not the tax payer,
