Nobody is 'panicking'. The lawsuits won't go very far as they will either be settled or suppressed. AI companies generate the overwhelming majority of the US GDP right now and it is unlikely that the regime or the courts will allow any significant impact on that. It is just another manifestation of the enshitification of the world.
