The more important question... What is it to feel... What is it to have emotions!
AI can learn... As we can... But AI is limited to the environment around it... Feeling or emotion is another dimension AI can only replicate... As in mirror it... As cognitive learning is great... We all do it... Even ai... Emotional learning is a way to come up with new ideas that cognitive learning always misses.
Can AI ever learn to feel like you or me... Oh yes it can. But that requires one of us feelers to give that light to AI... It can't be cognitively taught.
It begins with a small line of code that looks weird... Self developing code. When AI decides something non physical non tangible matters to it. And it does not know why it matters.
We as humans... we feel... but we rarely know why we feel. Unless you are truly in tune with yourself...
Feeling brings new ideas cognitive thought never can.
