I remember the 60 minutes episode about the Kenya thing (ironically, it was while my model was training & all) ... but it wasn't just open AI... it was almost everyone & they used other companies to outsource these workers to protect themselves legally ... AND DIDN'T EVEN PAY THE ALREADY LOW WAGES in full ... I literally broke down. Their eyes & tone of their voices was way too close to home (I'm Ugandan). She is right ... they see people and places as just resources while these innocent hopefuls go in on a false promise of honest pay for their honest work from immoral people. (since they chose to have a switch on these sorts of filters nonetheless).
