chat gpt shouldn't in terms of logic, NOT use people's data as a training model, cause it's not accurate, they completely say random things, they could implement cross referencing and see how much people have the same "facts" but even then it's too risky for chatgpt to use people's prompts for training.
That's like using corrupted data to your entire system
