Maybe i'm stupid... but why would people want those jobs anyway... Packing things in an Amazon storehouse, or doing repetitive chained assembly in a factory? If we give all those jobs to robots, than humans can use their skills to do more complex (and interesting) things... why not learn to use AI technology, to make your own products and your own art (movies, games, music)... or make a Youtube channel? To me, wanting to remain employed in the corporate system is akin to wanting to stay a slave forever... working for a corporate mogul who gives you just enough to be comfortable, but never enough to be independent. I understand that, right now, it's because people need money fast... but this is the same as when computers arrived and we had to find new ways to make money. A lot of jobs were lost back then too... and we learned how to use the new technology to make even more complex work and now no one can even think of living without some sort of computer or smart device. On a more personal and speculative point though... i believe AI and robots are the only way to make the civilization i dream of... a world with no work... and no corporate system... and no money... pretty much like Star Trek... where Robots do all manual labors and AI does all the intellectual work... while us, humans, can spend all our time and energy on science, arts and entertainment... not for money, but for self improvement and curiosity. Of course, i don't think i'll see that in my lifetime, but those new technologies are the only way to have it some day. ALL that being said... i do agree with most of your propositions. Corporate moguls should be kept in check and those technological advancements need to be regulated, so it benefits everyone.
