AI is everywhere. AI burgers, AI electricity, AI coat, AI table. At work is even worse - after investing billions - you can't go 10 minutes without hearing AI. It even seems that toilet flushing makes "AI" sounds. It is obvious that management is desperate to prove that their strategic decisions to invest into AI is paying off. They frantically look for approval. Yeah, I use AI. It helps. There are developers dumber than AI that can be replaced but on average, even a mediocre developer is not in danger of replacement. There is $$$ stagnation and, more concerning, complete absence of junior-level staff. There are people in 40-50s. There some in 30s. But there so few in their 20s! Not only that generation was completely outsourced to india, they also now are being replaced by AI BS
