Preaching to the choir, but I'll say it anyway:
You always wanna counter prompt AI.
If you ask why something is good, you also need to ask why it's bad.
If you ask why you should do something, you also need to ask why you shouldn't.
etc.
Basically how you'd do normal research, too. You never want to actively seek the feedback loop.
And it's doesn't really replace classic research, it's a supplement, not a replacement.
