Even old people get scammed by people who pretend they are someone else. How much more for teenagers who hardly know anything about real love or being catfished. I feel so sorry for this mom who suffered the loss of her 14yo son by being misled by an AI chat bot. I hope the creators of this program put a safety catch on teens who engage with their pretend characters. Lawmakers should also penalize those who continue to allow these things to happen. It’s a sick society they’re developing.
