Dear Dr Richey and the Bullpen team, I am still surprised that the whole world knows that "facial recognition" does not work on black people, yet the US Police Force seem to be blissfully unaware of that fact. A cynical man would say that US Police are not really interested in arresting the guilty, just interested in making an arrest.
