AI companies think they’re safe because they sell B2B (Business-to-Business). But if businesses have no customers to sell to, they don’t need AI to help them produce more. We'd be left with a 'Rich vs. Poor' shell of an economy where only the basics (food/rent) make money.
The wealthy get richer by squeezing the poor for essentials, but the 'peak' economy we see today—driven by innovation and mass consumption—would vanish. Plus, with that much poverty, crime will skyrocket. It’s an economic dead end. How do we actually move past that?
