You could also look at where the two taxis stopped. With the Waymo you had to stand there and wait for it to turn around, where the RoboTaxi pulled up and you could get in sooner, then it turned around. The advantage of the Tesla is, if it was raining, very hot or very cold you could get inside the car sooner. With the Waymo you'd be stuck out in the elements longer.
Later on they mentioned one of the cars stopping far away from the destination. I don't remember which car but that's unacceptable under any conditions. What if it's an elderly person, or disabled person, someone blind suddenly dropped off who knows where? At least in that situation you have the call for help button. It might be a good idea for these taxis to be outfitted with Braille labels or voice feedback and control. Maybe offer a short class for blind people on how the taxi opperates and where controls are, and hope they don't change them in the near future.
