I am not a fan of other ppl driving me so there no way in the 🌎 I wld be relaxed enough to allow a car to drive me . I do not even use cruise control. Yes the lazy driver shld be charged. Even tho the car is self driving you are still supposed to pay attention to the roads PERIODT!!! Technology is not fool proof it still needs human operation.
