I've worked in IT for 35 years and I can't tell you how many computers I've seen crash. To hear someone claim 100% safety in an automated computerized system is recklessly crazy! Delusional! I will be retiring before AI can replace me in my hands on face to face Desktop support position. Lord help the next generation.
