at 6:42 you say "its able to create a perfect replica" in reference to AI diffusion models. that is a misunderstanding AI cannot create a perfect replica because your image is not being stored in stable diffusion or other large AI models. its simply used to train the AI what something should look like. its just using it to learn, not copying. the only way to use an AI to create a work that would not be considered transformative (and protected under fair use) would be to use image to image, or train a custom model that is heavily influenced by the aforementioned image that is being copied. also the use of copyrighted images in AI training is still a legal grey area for the aforementioned reasons. I disagree with you about a fair few points in this video but I do certainty believe the toxicity sounding this needs to stop. I think you have a right to complain and voice your opinion and I believe depending on which side the law ends up landing I believe you and other artists should the right to at least opt out of AI.
