Is this autopilot or FSD? I wish news networks would actually do their job and tell us specific facts. Having the car on autopilot is no different than leaving your car on cruise control with steering assist and driving into an intersection.
This is entirely the drivers fault and they are reaching out to news networks to sway the jury and get more money.
FSD used in the robotaxis is an entirely different software stack than the autopilot thats available for free in this case that was used.
