Well hey, that plaintiff now has a great case for malpractice against those lawyers...I sure hope if it gets filed that you cover it as well. That should be hilarious.
I'm also curious how old this Schwartz guy is. Is he a new lawyer? How does he not know what F.3d stands for? That's like a nurse not knowing what ICU stands for or something...it's kind of ubiquitous if you're in the relevant field? If he became a lawyer recently and doesn't even know basic terminology...it makes me wonder if he got his law degree by letting ChatGPT do all the work LOL. If he's been a lawyer for a long time...maybe just a failure of memory and a fundamental misunderstanding of technology that many older folks tend to have (stares at Congress).
