The issue with the reaction to this is that in a way it is legitimizing the argument that ai generated imagines could be considere art, also correcting the mistakes of the ai generated images is giving them more data on how to improve the model, the artist's reaction is inherently self destructive. This sort of interaction is incredibly short sighted by the art community and the wrong approach to combating generative AI
