Neural Network actually is "Multivariate Function's Parameters Adjustment based on Chain Rule". Name neural net is a clickbait itself, 99% of people wouldn't even look at that with math name. NN doesn't even work like actual neurons, all hype. It can do cool things though, but progress can stale much quicker than bravest AI dreamers may dream.
