Paper pushers will be the first to be replaced I work as mechanic for earth moving construction company I can weld and fabricate do automotive hvac. diagnose issues built engines and have about 40k in tools when they come up with an AI robot that is smart enough to replace me has the dexterity strength and skills to do my job that AI robot is gonna be extremely expensive it’s not gonna be cost effective for a long time robot are well suited for doing repetitive jobs almost everything I work on is different. Conditions are subpar I’d love to see one of the ai robots working in some red clay after a rain.
