While I have my hands, they are very shaky. I got tremors, and they can't hold themselves stable and haven't been able to since I was like 10. I can draw with a pen, but I can not do smooth even lines. So I draw with a computer mouse, where I can rest my entire hand against something and use my wrist more.
Besides when I draw with pen, in many cases, I've come to like the shakiness. At first I hated it but as I got better it started to feel as if the drawings were more alive with it than without. The way my art is affected by my disabilities and difficulties brings more meaning to it. There is a story behind the art that goes beyond a seven word prompt.
